This is Triton Shell which is a species of very large sea snail. Found through out the indo-pacific oceans most commonly around reefs where they feed on starfish, including the crown of thorns starfish. This shell is well known as a decorative object and is sometimes modified for use as a trumpet. The interior of the Triton fades from a vibrant salmon into a light cream color with some faded peach lines at the mouth of the shell. With beautiful brown markings on a cream background this shell would be a perfect accent or main display piece.
